About — The chef
A table is a way of paying attention.
TABLE is the private kitchen of chef Noémie Laurent — a small studio cooking dinners, celebrations and events in homes, galleries and gardens across Paris and beyond.

01 — Biography
From Lyon kitchens to your dining room.
I trained in Lyon, then spent ten years in restaurant kitchens — learning speed, discipline and how a menu can carry a whole evening. What I missed was the room: seeing who was eating, and why.
Since 2019 I’ve cooked privately. Smaller tables, shorter menus, more conversation. I shop the morning of, cook in your kitchen, and plate at the table. Nothing arrives pre-made.

02 — Seasonality
If it isn’t in season, it isn’t on the menu.
Menus change with the weeks, not the quarter. I work with three growers and one fishmonger, and the plan only fixes itself the week of your dinner.
03 — Approach
01
Season first
The market decides the menu. We write the dishes around what’s at its best that week.
02
Small tables
Fewer guests, better attention. I never cook for more than I can see across the room.
03
Everything made
Bread, butter, stocks, sauces. If it can be made by hand, it is — and in your kitchen.
04
Leave no trace
The kitchen is cleaner when I leave than when I arrived. Always.

Prep starts at nine, for an eight o’clock dinner.

Market, Tuesday and Saturday.
